Walk With The Sacred Body: An Invitation to a Journey of Inner Knowing and Ancestral Wisdom My journey with the sacred body and inner knowing is a path woven in the heart of the cosmos, in the heart of the earth, and it is the sacred heart we carry within our own bodies. This journey is about embracing the sacredness of who we are, sitting with the ancestors, and learning to walk in the mystic space of the unknown. It is a space that may be unpredictable, yet it brings clarity to our intelligence and helps us understand the sacredness of our own being.

When we cultivate inner peace, it is not about ignoring our past experiences but about gathering the knowledge and wisdom of those experiences. By making peace with ourselves, we take that wisdom into our present moment. This way, when we make decisions, we are not acting from a place of trauma, but from a place of clarity and growth. We use that understanding to move forward into new possibilities, allowing our decisions to be liberated by the wisdom we have gathered.
