During my moon I experience pretty severe cramping, as well as lower back aces and pains. Beverly’s salve has completely changed my last two cycles by helping to decrease pain by around 80%. What I’ve found to work best for me in pairing the salve with heat. Lathering it all over the lower belly and back, then applying a heating pad. This combination has brought so much relief to my aces, cramps, and even my bloating I experience during this time.
I also use it on my shoulder, which I dislocated about 2 years ago. I continue to lift weights and workout which tends to leave my shoulder with deep deep soreness. After eat workout I ice, then massage Beverly’s salve into my shoulder. Since using it I have not experienced any soreness in the shoulder, and it helps significantly with the muscle recovery.
